4. Search for the reference to Duchamp saying that viewers make up 50% of the work by looking at it.

5. In a nutshell, one statement as to what I am trying to achieve. What is it?

Long Term Goals

1. Continue to work on 3 new pieces

  1. Here ya go:

The creative act is not formed by the artist alone; the spectator brings the work in contact with the external world by deciphering and interpreting its inner qualifications and thus adds his contribution to the creative act. (Marcel Duchamp)

It is the spectators who make the pictures. (Marcel Duchamp)
    and also
To quote the artist: "I believe that the artist doesn't know what he does. I attach even more importance to the spectator than to the artist."

    ...still looking but theres something

  3. OK, Now that you have changed directions. Post some comments on how that happened. I think that there is some good stuff there and it would be helpful for you and others to discuss this issue. Try to post issues on your ISPO, on the ISPO if you can. I'm not sure if that is possible.
